We love weddings… and everything surrounding weddings! We really like to give bridal shoots a fashion flair and depart a little from the traditional “bridal portrait”. Anna Kate was married this past weekend as well and although we were shooting another wedding, we were excited to be a part of her experience as we shot her bridals. We had a blast last weekend with Elizabeth and Robert for their wedding. Although the weather was quite warm, the day was beautiful with blue skies and a sweet couple. The reception at Lake Lure Inn and Spa exemplified a classic elegance reminiscent of the 20s with a touch of modern. Shay Brown and crew did a fantastic job on all of the planning and decorations including a monogram in the middle of the pool!
It was also great to see our good friends Steve and CJ (Torrence Photography) at the reception. We had the privilege of capturing their wedding a couple of years ago and they’re always fun to hang out with.

We were privileged to be with Veronica and Bob for their wedding celebration. They had a small, private wedding in February and decided to have a mountain reception with family and friends at Eseeola in Linville, NC. What a blast!

It’s been a busy month and I just realized that it’s been quite some time since our last post… I will remedy that over the next few days.
