This weekend, we headed back into the mountains for a celebration with Ninfa and Parker. We’ve known Parker for a number of years–one of the coolest guys I know! Just getting to know Ninfa, it is obvious that God has put these two together. It was fun attending the wedding as a guest; but of course had to grab some shots while we were there…

We had such a great time with Cristin and Andrew at their wedding at Cristin’s home. A truly sweet couple; it was a fun day that we were made to feel like family. Thank you guys for an awesome time… Below are a few some images from the day or you can click here to view their slideshow.

We have had quite a bit of rain lately and Monday was no exception.. We had a shoot on Friday in Asheville with buckets coming down, a wedding on Saturday with steady rain most of the day, and a fashion shoot on Monday with a downpour in the afternoon. I’m thankful to Nikon and Canon for making their gear well sealed Here are a few shots from Monday. We were shooting for Wedding Festivals video fashion show.

As we were leaving Chimney Rock, we met the coolest couple. Jack and Sharon were hangin’ out at the base of the mountain. I asked to get a shot of Jack and we talked a little. Come to find out, Jack is related (5th cousin) to Tom Dooley from the song.. It’s great meeting people that you feel you can talk with right off the bat.. Anyway, here’s the shot of Jack.

Last week, we had the opportunity to hang out with Melissa and Chris down at Chimney Rock. It was a beautiful day and we really enjoyed getting time with the soon-to-be-married couple. The only part I didn’t like was realizing just how out of shape I really am! We must have hiked 10 miles…. well, 5 miles at least… ok, Jen said not even a mile, but it was uphill Here are a few shots from the day. Soooo, catching up on a few posts after a couple of really busy weeks… (Thank you, Leslie, for the reminder..) We had a great time with Carrie and Greg over at the vineyard. The Tatums were so gracious to let us use their family vineyard for a beautiful backdrop as well inviting us for a time of food, wine, and great conversation.
